How to add to cart and checkout

Add to Cart:
Select a color and/or size, then click “Add to Cart.” Of course, you can continue shopping, and you can always return to your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the page.
Please note: Adding items to the cart does not reserve them. -
Checkout:
Ready to checkout? Click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner to view your items. On the next page, you can adjust the quantity if necessary. Then click the “Proceed to Checkout” button. You will be taken to the payment page, where you can enter all your information in one place.Note: Once your order is completed, it cannot be changed, as we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
Viorita covers the shipping costs—you don't pay any shipping costs. However, you are responsible for return shipping costs if you decide to return items.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes! All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can track your order via the order status page. A link to this page will be emailed to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Note: It may take some time for tracking information to be available.
DELIVERY TIMES
Viorita strives for prompt delivery. If you place an order on a weekday before 3:00 PM, we aim to process your order the same day. Many of our items are shipped directly from our suppliers, resulting in an average delivery time of 9 to 15 working days.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct address errors. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have entered an incorrect shipping address.
If the processing window has passed and the package was shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer, Viorita will not be able to send a replacement. However, we would be happy to offer you a 30% discount on a new order. Please contact us at support@viorita.com .
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please let us know.
An investigation will be opened by the local delivery company 14 days after the stated delivery date, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.
