Refund policy


If you have received incorrect or defective items, please contact us by email at support@viorita.com to discuss customers must provide photo of item + packaging + shipping label. If you are not satisfied with the items received, you may return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and resalable. If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.


Returns Warning:

• Only valid if the product has been damaged during delivery or is incomplete.
• Tight-fitting clothing, underwear, and opened cosmetics/creams/oils cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Results may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee the same results as those shown on our website, as they depend on each individual.
• Our products should be consumed only as directed on the packaging.  Refunds are only issued after a return is received and verified.


Cancellations & Refund Eligibility:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
• Return shipping costs are not covered by our company. 
• Please ensure items are well packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
• Use a traceable and insured shipping method to return the package, as we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return.
• The return must be approved in advance; without approval, we will not be able to process it.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If a cancellation request is made after shipment, the order must first be delivered and then returned in accordance with our return policy. Refunds are not issued unless the returned item is received and inspected.

If an order is not accepted upon delivery or not picked up from the post office, it will be returned to us.

In this case, a processing fee of (approx. €15) may be deducted from the refund.

Please note that some items may differ slightly in appearance, packaging, or quality from the images or descriptions on our website. These variations are normal due to manufacturer updates to comply with current standards and regulations.

Step 1: Request Return Form
Use the contact form below to request a return form. Please include your order number, email address, and reason for return.

Step 2: Send your items
Send the items with the completed return form to the address indicated on this form. Make sure the package has a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the shipment.

Step 3: Receive your refund
Upon receipt of the package, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your bank account.
